All Flower Art created by Era Flower Preservations are bespoke handmade art.
Please see the following terms and conditions to make you aware of our process and what happens to your flowers.
By placing an order you are accepting and agreeing to the below terms and conditions.
We require a £50 non refundable deposit paid once we have confirmed that your wedding date is available. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order 6 weeks before you are still liable to pay the final balance of your order.
When preserving flowers we may use traditional press, silica gel and a heating process. The process used depends on the type of flower.
This extracts the moisture from the flowers. This process can change the colour of each flower. For example a red rose when dried will change to a deep pink.
Preserved flowers can last forever however the colours may change in time and we can not make any guarantees that the colours will last.
It is the customers responsibility to deliver the flowers safely to us and are labelled correctly. We will send you our how to care for your flowers guide.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your flowers whilst in third party transit.
We will photograph your flowers on arrival to document the condition they arrived to us. Any dead or damaged flowers can not be pressed however we can offer a replacement at an additional cost. This will be communicated with you beforehand.
Our flower art will arrive back to you sealed in the frame to protect the flowers from exposure to any outside elements. We are not liable for any damage caused if the frames are opened.
Prices are set to the size of the frame and not to how many flowers are being pressed.
We aim to get your art back to you as soon as possible depending on what method works best for your flowers. We like to aim for a turn around of 12 weeks. However we do reserve the right for this to change.
Our flower art is very fragile when completed and we take all possible care to ensure it is packaged properly to provide the best protection.
We can deliver locally in Hereford at a cost and strongly recommend this if you are local to prevent any damages in a third party transit.
We cannot be liable for any breakages or damages when shipping.
Any damage that has occured needs to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence of damage. This is so we can report it to the courier to investigate.
In the very unlikely event you are not satisfied with your final flower art you must notify us within 3 days of receipt so any dissatisfaction can be reasonably addressed.
All flowers accepted by Era Flower Preservations will remain our property until the balance is paid in full.
Era Flower Preservations cannot be held responsible for loss/ damage of your flowers whilst in our care due to storm, fire, civil disorder, flood, mechanical failure and loss of electricity.
Era Flower Preservations is strictly limited to the value of the order and no further compensation would be offered in any circumstances.
